Using Chat

Users can initiate Chat messages with other Synapse PACS users who are actively logged into Pulse, with the ability to send a link to the currently viewed images.

To start Chat, click either the Chat buddy list (in the bottom-right corner of Pulse) or from the Chat indicator displayed throughout Pulse next to the user’s name.

To send a link of the current image, select the image icon within the Chat window. This inserts the link ‘View Study’ into the message. The user receiving the chat can select the link, which launches the images.
